Find Land

That perfect piece of land you want is not on Zillow or Facebook Marketplace. It is owned by a private owner and is not listed for sale.

We use AI in combination with Geographic Information System (GIS) data, satellite imagery, county assessor records and zoning data to identify suitable lots for building. This combination of information and emerging AI technologies is increasingly used in the field of real estate and urban planning.

How It Works:

GIS and Zoning Data: AI analyzes GIS and zoning data to identify areas where residential building is allowed. It also uses this data to assess the proximity of potential lots to amenities, infrastructure and features.

Satellite Imagery: AI algorithms using machine learning are trained to analyze Landsat satellite images and identify undeveloped or underdeveloped land that might be suitable for building.

County Assessor Data: This data provides information on property ownership, valuation and taxes, which can be useful in determining the cost of acquiring a lot. AI processes this data to find lots that are within a specified price range.

Predictive Analysis: By combining all of this data, AI predicts which lots are likely to be most suitable for building. It can consider factors such as the likelihood of obtaining building permits, the cost of development and the potential value of the completed home.

Acquisition: After analysis and an onsite assessment is complete an offer is made directly to the land owner.

How We Start:

Search criteria is submitted. After our preliminary analysis is complete we will accept or deny the search request. We only accept search requests for property that we determine is feasible for our company to purchase. (When we make an offer on a property we guarantee the offer price to the land owner regardless if you purchase the land or not.)

After paying a consulting fee determined by the complexity of the search criteria we will process your search request. The process begins and depending on the search criteria it generally takes 30 - 90 days to receive a response from land owners we have submitted an offer to.

When the parcel of land that meets the search criteria is presented for review the customer will have 30 days to decide to purchase the parcel. If they decide not to purchase the parcel presented we return the search fee in full and we will acquire the property. You have zero obligation to purchase if you are not satisfied with the results of our work.
